  “The representative called my cell phone number but was looking for my husband. I asked the reason for the call. She said It is Keystone calling but I am not listed on the contact list so she cannot discuss the reason for the call. But mind you, she have my cellphone number. She said if she can leave her phone number so my husband can call her back, I again asked for what reason is the call, she got irritated, frustrated and annoyed. The representative hang up on me. She called and hang up the phone on me!!! Is that how your company serve your clients? Whether it's for collection or what not, the person on the other line deserve respect.”
