  “These people are very rude Gary actually hung up the phone on a customer and when asked to speak to a supervisor was told he was the supervisor. So there I no one to report his unprofessional behavior to allegedly! What he failed to realize is that all these calls are recorded and a complaint to 311 will be made.”
